Shipping and Handling Policy:

We strive to use the same shipping method our customer used and the same insurance. We normally use USPS Express Mail, UPS and FedEx for their excellent tracking capabilities. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Privacy Policy:

We do not share any customer information. We may occasionally ask if we can show your finished quilt on our web site but this will only be done with your prior permission.

Return Policy:

We occasionally have quilts for sale and if a quilt is not satisfactory it can be returned within 30 days for a full refund as long as the quilt is in the same condition as it was when shipped to the customer.
